Sarah Welsh-Huggins defended her thesis in early December! The dissertation is entitled "Evaluating Tradeoffs between Hazard-Resistance and Environmental Impacts: A Multi-Criteria Approach to Building Design and Life Cycle Performance" and will be available here in early 2017.
